Racer of the Sea
The Racer of the Sea Regatta is the ideal opportunity to get into regatta windsurfing, improve your competitive skills or just spend a nice weekend with like-minded people. We place a particular focus on promoting and supporting young and female windsurfers. Also this year with 1001€ prize money for every Racer of the Sea.

Winger of the Sea
The Winger of the Sea is the ideal place to go for all wingfoilers who want a special weekend with like-minded people. Not only do you have the opportunity to get into competitive wingfoiling, but you also have the opportunity to improve your own skills in slalom racing.
CAMPS
Our Girls Camps
At our girls camps, the focus is on promoting female windsurfers and wingsurfers. Windsurfers of all ages and (almost) all skill levels can take part in the 1001Grad Girls Camp.
The main focus is on surfing together under the guidance of our professional coaches.
The Team
Behind the scenes
We, two of Germany’s most successful windsurfers, Leon Delle and Oliver Tom Schliemann, joined forces in 2020 to organize water sports events for everyone and, more importantly, to make a contribution to promoting youth and strengthening female windsurfers and wingfoilers.
Last year we were able to win Lina Erpenstein and Yannick Mittas for the project. Together we make it possible to organize a wider range of events.
Of course, all of this is only possible with additional support from our helpers and sponsors.
